All products are delivered electronically via digital download.

3. Account Registration

4. Orders and Payment
a. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital Products are available for download immediately upon confirmation of payment or after a brief processing period for personalized items. You will receive a download link via email or gain access through your account on the Site. It is your responsibility to download the product and ensure the email provided is correct. We are not responsible for downloads that are missed, lost, or deleted.

6. License Grant and Use Restrictions
a. License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Digital Product for your personal or internal business use, as specified in the product description.
b. Restrictions: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you agree NOT to:
* Copy, redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Digital Product.

7. No Refunds - All Sales Are Final
Due to the intangible and instantly deliverable nature of our Digital Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, understand its features, and agree that you cannot return a digital product once it has been downloaded. We cannot be responsible for your dissatisfaction with a product if it meets the technical and functional description provided on the product page.

8. Intellectual Property
All Digital Products, the Site, and all content therein, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Digital Content By Patrice or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you only the license outlined in Section 6 and does not transfer title or ownership to you.

• Transmit any harmful or malicious code.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all Digital Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of any software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Content By Patrice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any Digital Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
